Established in 1965 by Eugenio and Filomena Colace. As the Colace Family enters its second generation, the Colace Brothers (Carmine, Richard, James, Mario, Daniel) are proud to carry on the tradition of serving quality Italian cuisine at an affordable price. We never use preservatives or additives and all of our soups, sauces and pizzas are made fresh in our kitchens daily. We serve all of our entrees from only the freshest ingredients possible.

From 495 North - Exit 16 (Approximately 1.5 miles) At bottom of ramp, take King Street toward Franklin. At your second traffic light, take a left onto East Central Street. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the next traffic light. The Rome is on the left. Turn left onto Cottage Street, then turn right into our rear parking lot. From 495 South - Exit 17 (Approximately 1.9 miles) Take a left at the top of the ramp, onto Route 140 South. Stay straight through 4 traffic lights, into the center of Franklin. Take a right at the fifth traffic light. The Rome is on your right immediately over the wooden bridge. Take a right onto Cottage Street, parking is in the rear of the building.
